These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and Mustang303 (the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mustang303.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and related services.

By accessing the Mustang303 platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, accepting any promotional offer, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an account on the Mustang303 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. Mustang303 does not permit the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are registering and using the account solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Mustang303 or any of its affiliated entities, unless explicitly authorised in writing by the Company.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from Mustang303 or had an account closed by the Company for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the Mustang303 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account details if any of your registered information changes. Mustang303 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided at registration, and at any point thereafter.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify Mustang303 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Mustang303 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Mustang303 will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any communication purporting to be from Mustang303 that requests your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Mustang303 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The available payment methods may vary from time to time and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your account dashboard.

Players must only use payment accounts and methods registered in their own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or associates — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit. Mustang303 shall bear no liability for delays or failures arising from the payment provider's systems.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within the processing times indicated per method — instantly for e-wallets, 5 to 10 minutes for FPX bank transfers under normal conditions.
• Mustang303 does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, you must contact support with your deposit reference or payment receipt for investigation.

Players may request withdrawal of eligible account funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 11:00 PM (MYT).

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account has successfully completed KYC verification (submission and approval of valid identity document).
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any accepted bonuses have been fully met.
• The requested withdrawal amount does not exceed your available withdrawable balance or your account tier's applicable single-transaction or daily withdrawal limit.
• Your account is in good standing — no active fraud investigation, no account restriction, and no unresolved dispute.
• The withdrawal destination matches a payment account registered in your own name.

Mustang303 reserves the right to request additional verification documents (e.g., bank statement, proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or requests above a threshold amount. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.

Mustang303 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the point of the offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your account upon meeting the stated qualification criteria (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a specified payment method).
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) and qualifying games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Mustang303 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds — and any winnings derived from them — if the Company determines that bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any form of fraudulent activity has occurred in connection with the bonus.
• A Player may only claim any individual welcome or new-player promotion once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via new accounts — constitute bonus abuse and are grounds for account closure.
• Mustang303 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including the right to adjust wagering requirements on active bonuses where there is credible evidence of abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mustang303 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine risk, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal your true geographic location.
• Engaging in any behaviour that is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive toward Mustang303 staff or other players.

All content on the Mustang303 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, interface designs, logos, text, promotional materials, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any platform software or game.
• Use the Mustang303 brand, logo, or trademarks in any external publication, social media post, or commercial communication without prior written consent from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mustang303 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical failures, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your own failure to safeguard your account credentials or your use of a shared or public device.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, or loss of data.
• Any failure or delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the player's own payment provider, banking institution, or e-wallet service.

Where a platform error — including a software bug, display fault, or data feed error — results in incorrect odds being published or a game outcome being incorrectly reported, Mustang303 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. Winnings arising from an obvious error are not payable.

Nothing in this section shall limit or exclude Mustang303's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Mustang303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides a range of responsible gambling tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings without requiring you to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net profit/loss.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a self-exclusion period, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to log in or place wagers.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player account at any time. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting customer support. Any available real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Mustang303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Account registration or usage from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Discovery that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 21.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, Mustang303 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus balances. Such withheld funds may be forfeited at the Company's discretion where they are found to be proceeds of fraudulent activity.

Mustang303 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this document. For significant changes that materially affect player rights, we will endeavour to provide notice via a site notification or email to registered account holders, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Mustang303 platform following the publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and Mustang303 arising from or relating to your account, a specific wager, a withdrawal request, or any aspect of these Terms, the following dispute resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact Mustang303 customer support in the first instance. The majority of account issues and disputes are resolved at this stage within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction via standard support, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Formal complaints are escalated to our senior compliance team and responded to within 5 business days.
3. Further Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, you may pursue other remedies available to you under applicable law.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim, failing which the claim shall be deemed permanently waived and barred.
